History
Information Exchange was developed as a joint venture between CIS2004-2005 and Martha Davies of www.ecie.org under the guise of Comunidades Latinas del NW (Latin American Communities NW). InfoExchange (also known as various other names) is an effort to make an easy to use, robust, multilingual web seminaring system, complete with an archival section and news.InfoExchange is written in PHP4 compliant PHP and makes use of MySQL as a back end. The goal of this project is to provide minimalistic communication to slower computers with low baud modems.
